Hello Fellas its winter here ,its my favorite season to revive myself in every manner ;) 
So Here I am about to mention  food you must have this season to stay fit and healthy ..Enjoy !!



1) Carrots : 




Yeah with advent of winter we  can see bulks of carrots around in vegetable market.I always believe in eating seasonal fruits and veggies .Carrots are my favorite this season as they come in better color,fresh and best flavor  as compared to entire year .So guys enjoy carrots as much as you can since they are rich in Vitamin A ,helps in fighting cold and flu.They help  to fight infections that make you sick which are common in winters .
Make a soup of carrot ,have them in form of raw salad or juice or stew.Yes not to forget  Gajar ka halwa  is must have ;) 



2)Green Leafy vegetables  : 




Oh yes winters brings abundant of fresh and green leafy vegetables in its best forms.Its best time to enjoy them in the freshest form ,make sure you take the advantage of this .Make soups ,add them in salads and enjoy the best source of essential nutrient and vitamins as during winters these are abundant ,affordable ,low in calories,fat free and cholestrol free. Green is good source of iron,folates,fiber and antioxidants.Isn't this a treasure of healthy living? enjoy them  ;)


3) Citrus fruits : 



Its the right time to enjoy citrus juicy fruits .T hey can ad sunshine to your healthy living in winter season.Grapefruits,oranges,lime are loaded with Vitamin C.Citrus are known for their cold fighting abilities also it helps to fight inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases.It also helps to avoid breast cancer.So guys with all these benefits you should not skip the chance to indulge in some juicy citrus affair ;) 



4) Pomegranates : 



These are the oldest and most nutritious fruit packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammateries that helps to treat heart conditions like heart attack,high cholesterol and high blood pressure.Make juice or eat the sweet-sour pods,its beneficial in every way.


5) Beetroot : 



Yes this is one of the most nutritious  magical wonder food.The best time to eat beetroot is winters.Its great source of folic acid and enriches with anti cancer substances.It contains organic substance  called crotenoids which protects body from ageing  .It cleans the body from harmful toxins and is the best treatment for anemia.It helps improving blood vessels,liver function ,regulates blood pressure and reduces cholesterol.
You can have beetroot as salad,juice or as soup,its absolutely amazing in any form you take.
