Since we are now health conscious and look for guilt free food recipes,Here is one low calorie recipe which we make day today at  my home.its very simple and easy to make .:) try this out ,this has been my mom's  recipe .

Below are Ingredients listed



Flattened rice (patla poha) :200 gms

Oil (any)  :2 Tbs

Chane ki dal(bengalgram) -1/2bowl

moongfali (groundnut) -1/2 bowl

sugar grounded- 1sp

salt as per taste

safed til (white sesame seeds) :2sp

sauf (except) - 1 sp

jeera (cumin seeds)- 1 sp

Nimbu ka ras (lemon juice) 2tsp

haldi(turmeric powder):1/2 sp

green chillis: 1-2 ,sliced

kadi patta (curry leaves) 8-10

Instant Choco Cake,Winter Delicacy ;)

Winter is my favorite season and all I want to do in this season is  just sip in a cup of  coffee with yummy cake .But baking has never been my cup of tea. I have seen my mom spending hours in baking, it is  so much time spending and also she used to get her clothes messy with all variety of ingredients;) Well, frankly in this busy schedule even if i want i cannot take that much time out to bake my favourite cake for so many hrs .So what to do next? At this time when I am craving for cake and coffee ,I have recently tried this instant cake mix;) Checkout guys

Chocó Idli Cake Mix : The concept of idli cake is  innovative .This was my first attempt and i was wondering if I can bake ..And this was easiest to make .The process of preparing cake mix was very simple only adding oil and milk and mixing that’s all. These  hot steamed Chocó Idli cake hardly took 30-35 minutes to bake and whoa these fluffy, soft idli cakes were ready. For a change, I tried adding some toppings and icing to it and wow it looked amazing. When I shared them with my family also kids near by ,they  were super excited to have these and totally loved it .Here I am sharing the pics of the making process.

This cake comes with cake mix powder, all i had to add is oil and milk

Fridge Cheese Cake :Simply an hour in fridge and your cake is ready ..Unbelievable right ? I'm in love with Fridge Cheese cake. No baking required simply an hour in fridge and Done ! Easy isn’t ?It comes with cake ingredient also chocolate sauce topping. And about the taste its yummy sharing pics of making process .below ;)

This cake included Cheese cake mix , biscuit crumbs chocolate sauce. I added figs and cherries on biscuit crumbs layer and then added another layer of cake mix and kept in fridge. Cooker cake(chocolate flavoured) :Chocolate  is my favourite flavour infact I haven't seen anyone who doesn't like chocolate flavour .This cake comes handy in baking as its easy process to bake in cooker .No hassles of microwave or oven. Simply mix the mixture with oil and milk in prescribed quantity and you are done in 40 minutes. Luscious, soft chocolate cake is ready. I just adored the toppings it came along with .Pillsbury has made it so easy for everyone. You will get everything in one pack from baking ingredients to toppings. You can also add toppings of your choice. I added grated chocolate and figs and almond to give it little crunch in between. Sharing below the process pics  :)

So guys, this season make sure you try thee cake mixes. I loved the quick process and taste infact now even my husband can make a cake without my presence ;) He just loved them all. Amazing  taste, flavour and quick to make. Now I am proud to share with my mother that even i can bake good cakes ;) Infact anyone can. I am definitely going to make some special cakes for kids on Christmas with Pillsbury Cake mixes.

Story

This Movie is all about a common man ,Nirmal Kumar (Irrfan Khan) who kidnaps Home Minister’s(Tushar Dalvi)son. Storyturns out to be mysterious as he does not ask for money .He demands the Minister to look for his missing son along with his team, if he wants his son back.Since his son went missing due to their negligence, now he seeks answers from those who are accountable. The movie goes through thrill and emotional drama all the way.

Review

Kudos to Nishikant Kamat to make this topical, provocative and socio political powerful film. This movie comprises of emotional crime drama, suspense and thriller moves. It also adds up comedy punches in between to keep up the freshness.

Irrfan Khan has added yet another milestone to his awe-inspiring performance. He stands tall and strong as a lead actor. He has played superb role of single father, struggling to get his son back .He has expressed his emotions beautifully.You can actually feel his rage and pain. One will definitely get drenched into tears seeing his heart-breaking hospital scene where he mourns the death of his child in hospital. His performance makes us think on the movie’s sensible social objective. His scene with the Minister’s son, role played by Vishal Bhansal, offers emotional distress expressed perfectly .He has awed us with breath taking performance yet again.

Jimmy Shergill has played role of officer incharge for the case and as usual he has done it brilliantly as an efficient and sincere investigating officer.This role suits him as always. Tushar Dalvi has also done awesome performance especially in the climax scene where he confesses.Vishesh Bansal as Rohan Goswami, played role of Home Minister’s son who gets kidnapped by Irrfan Khan’s character has done a great role play and kept audience hooked with his cuteness

Overall this movie is a must watch .It’s one of the best Kamat’s execution and performance of Irrfan Khan. It shows the courage and power of common man over political corruption which should not be underestimated. Movie like this is important; it must be watched by each and everyone. It’s a perfect family movie. It has combination of thrill, emotions, comedy with strong social message which deserves applause.

Farsi Puri (Crispy Puri)

Hey guys its monsoon  ,its one of my favorite season .Such a pleasant weather is here  and yummy food is what I want to relish  my taste buds ) 

I so much  love is to enjoy rains with tea and snacks ;)

Here is simple yet tasty recipe of  "Farsi Puri"(in Gujarati ) or you can call crispy puri ,since farsi means crispy in Gujarati;) This is all time snack I am fond of. 

So here I am sharing it with you guys,make some and enjoy these with tea :)

Ingredients : 

Refined Flour                  : 250 Gms

Gram Flour                     : 2 Sp

Semolina                         : 2.1/2 Sp

Hing                                :1/2 tsp

Cumin                             :1/2 Sp

Ground black pepper      :1/2 sp

Black Cumin (kalonji)    :1/2 Sp

Oil                                  : 2tbsp

Procedure: 

Mix all above ingredients adding water,make dough (little hard).

Make mall round  Puris of this ,which should be thin not thick.
With  knife  or spatula  ,make holes in the puri .

Deep fry them in oil on medium flame.

These turn out to be crispy and tasty ever.

Store in air tight box and you can have them for weeks ;)Though i finish them asap ;)
