5 ways to make yourself happy each day

With the time I have discovered many ways to be keep myself happy .here I am sharing them as below.I am sure on following this one an change life in positive ways


1) Make a action plan :

One must concentrate on self care .Try indulging yourself in those activities which help you boost happiness,confidence,slash stress and maintain peace of mind.this is "your "time.


2:Get going,Get outside:

You must ditch the comfort of your home to improve mental and physical health. since spending time outside benefits the brain and helps diverting mind.Go for a walk in greener area ,meet people etc


3: Meditate :

Meditations helps to relieve tension,be at peace,It helps getting best  and mental benefits.
I make sure to meditate atleast 10 minutes a day weather early morning or before sleep .


4:Help someone :

Yes an act of kindness helps you to feel good and boosts your mental health and self confidence.



5: Focus on Present:

One must be mindful,live and focus in present.Many times we keep ourselves haunted with thoughts about past and future worries.Insead of that we must focus in Present moment and live it fully .
